Step into the world of Halue and join us

1. You will need to send your CV to [email protected], referencing the code of the open position or indicating your role if it is a spontaneous application.

2. You will be contacted by our recruitment manager for a real or virtual coffee and a chat.

3. You will receive a small task to complete, which may involve programming or analysis depending on the position.

4. You will have a more technical interview related to your position, and we will discuss the results of your task.

5. If you are the right fit for us, you will receive a job offer.

At Halue, we have workflows designed for fully remote work. However, we often prefer hybrid approaches that allow us to spend some days in the office to share moments together with the team. Depending on the type of position, you will discuss the work location with our recruitment manager.

There are two types of onboarding processes. The formal onboarding allows you to officially join the organization (contracts, tools, technical training). Then, there’s a longer process called induction, where you will have a designated mentor for a period of 3 months who will actively support you and assist you as needed.

For example, everyone at Halue can use their accrued vacation days at their discretion. The only condition we impose is to take responsibility for your own goals and choose your time off responsibly. However, this level of autonomy is linked to seniority and the type of position.
