At Halue, we have workflows designed for fully remote work. However, we often prefer hybrid approaches that allow us to spend some days in the office to share moments together with the team. Depending on the type of position, you will discuss the work location with our recruitment manager.

There are two types of onboarding processes. The formal onboarding allows you to officially join the organization (contracts, tools, technical training). Then, there’s a longer process called induction, where you will have a designated mentor for a period of 3 months who will actively support you and assist you as needed.
