The Rossignol Group, a global leader in the winter sports industry, includes among its main brands Dynastar and Lange.
Dynastar is synonymous with excellence in ski manufacturing, renowned for its innovative solutions and dedication to on-piste performance.
Lange, on the other hand, is a benchmark in the high-performance ski boot sector, focusing on precision, comfort, and alpine competition.
Both brands embody authenticity and innovation, offering products to satisfy mountain enthusiasts and professionals alike.
GOALS & CHALLENGES
To ensure a consistent online experience across its brands and optimize their management, the Rossignol Group chose to develop an e-commerce platform for Dynastar and Lange using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
The main objectives of the project were:

TRANSITION PROCESS
The transition to a single site for Dynastar and Lange was smooth and effective: meeting project timelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

IMPACTS & RESULTS
The migration to Salesforce Commerce Cloud significantly improved the site’s stability and reliability, providing a distinctive user experience for the Dynastar and Lange brands.
Moreover, the standardization of cross-brand digital operations and the optimization of back-end processes simplified the daily management of the e-commerce platform. This led to a reduction in technical complexity and an overall increase in efficiency for both IT and e-commerce teams.
SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Throughout the entire migration process, including the post-release hypercare period, efforts were made to minimize the impact on Customer Experience through consistent support and a synergistic collaboration with the Rossignol team.
In addition, extensive support was provided to ensure effective management of SFCC’s out-of-the-box features, along with the creation of specific guides for custom functionalities to enable autonomous management.
CONCLUSIONS
The development of an e-commerce platform uniting the Dynastar and Lange brands into a single site marked a significant evolution for the Rossignol Group.
The new setup provides stability, an improved user experience, and optimizes the management activities for the group’s brands through a common platform.
Collaboration with Halue has been extremely positive. The project was completed on schedule, bringing significant improvements to the management and online presence of the group’s brands, enhancing their visibility and the overall user experience.
